Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! All our deliveries are 100% free of charge.
How long does delivery take within Kuwait?
Delivery can take 1-2 days depending on the time the order is placed. You may also contact us via Phone or WhatsApp to arrange a specific delivery time if needed.
How will the product be delivered?
Do you do the same day delivery?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working toward making this service available in the future.
03. Return & Exchange
What is your return and exchange policy?
Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 5 days from the purchase date. The original invoice is required, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To process a return or exchange, please visit our store in person. Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and that you bring the original invoice.
Are personalized or engraved jewellery items refundable?
No. Once an item has been customized in any way, including resizing, engraving, or other alterations, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
04. Gift Options & Packaging
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do! You can request gift wrapping in the order notes when completing the order, or contact us through WhatsApp with your order details and your request.
Can i include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, we offer the option to include a personalized message with your order. Simply add your message during checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s included with your jewelry in a gift card.
Can you deliver directly to the person I’m gifting?
05. Resizing
What ring sizes are available?
We’re happy to offer free ring resizing on your first purchase when no extra gold is needed. For other items, resizing costs vary depending on the design and size adjustment. We’ll review your request and share a quote before proceeding.
Is resizing free?
Our rings are available in one standard size: EU size 55 (equivalent to US size 7). If you’re unsure whether this size will fit, feel free to contact us we’re happy to guide you.
